#1 After 30Min of use.. Laptop freeze/hang while playing youtube .. its making a sound zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (song stuck) and hang.....
#2 Next 2 Hours.. Hang again..
-Contacted seller and thundrobot..
- Seller suggest reboot laptop
- Rebooted laptop
#3 Next 5-6 Hours of use.. Hang again..
1 July - Went to authorized highpoint network center (warranty site) .. suggest either send laptop back to warranty service center or reset/clean install..
I clean install it and Followed the instruction(procedure) of installing driver ..
#4 After 6 Hours usage .. Hang again but this time mouse can use..
2 July - Laptop is send to highpoint center and it will send to KL(service center?)
4 July - Laptop motherboard got replaced
