Apple had just launched a recall program on the quality issue of the new keyboard found on MacBook Retina and MacBook Pro from Touch Bar era. Those affected should send your unit to Apple soonest.

Unit affected are those with the new butterfly mechanism keyboard that certain keys are stuck, not responsive, pressing itself repeatingly or press by itself.

Very likely not covered if your keyboard are physically damaged like broken keys or missing keys. Do check with Apple.
