Maybe get some oppinion from them on what to do or even better, give Dell a direct call on how to solve the problem. Maybe they could send a technician over to check out the problem...
If I'm not mistaken u can get full refund within 30 days of the item received but u gotta pay for the courier fee for Dell to repick the item back from u. Once u get back ur refund for returned purchase, u can reorder again from Dell 
.This happened before 2 years ago when many returned their 24" LCD to get PC Fair's bargain
