I need help with the Dell 2407WFT-HC PC Normal Preset in Service Menu.

I accidentally changed it and it reads as R238 G253 & B234.

Please share with me your default setting.T o do this, turn the monitor off. Now hold down the menu button and the plus button at the same time. While holding the two buttons down turn on the monitor. When it turns on release all the buttons then press the minus button. The Dell hidden menu will then come up and you can see down the bottom it has 2407WFP-HC.
An easier way to tell is the + and - buttons have a little icon next to them that shows contrast and brightness. Normal 2407's don't have those icons.

Please somebody help.

Did you opt for the 5 years warranty?

QUOTE(bryan @ Aug 18 2007, 05:06 PM)
Actually if you look at the pricing in the States, the monitor is over 2000. Something like 2200? That's why I decided in the end to jump onto the good deal and buy it at 1899. Didn't get the PC fair price but at least I got it for below 2000.

that's the reason i upgraded mine from leadtek 7600gt to xfx fatal1ty 8600gt and running on sli. i m more on video than games and it is ok.

QUOTE(sniperwolf @ Sep 21 2007, 12:25 AM)
Bit too tough for your 7600gt to handle the 1920x1200 even with the low settings. But for normal desktop usage and movies, shouldn't have any problem
Benq 241wz, which sell for bout 1.8k to 1.9k. From users reviews, seems better as compare to 2407. Buying dell products sometimes is like a gamble as their revision always change. Just look at how many revision on 2407.
