I feel that 20"ws is quite alot big compare with 19"ws LCD.
But Dell 20" and 22" entry level ws LCD contrast only 800:1. Is it acceptable for HD movie playback and gaming?

It depends on your budget really. Go for the largest screen you can afford. I'm using the SE198WFP, so far so good.

Bro, would like to know whether you connect it by D-sub or DVI?
Colour wise is it very good quality?

For me, I'm satisfied with the HD movie playback on my E228WFP. mengfui, your VIA onboard graphic card cannot tahan the latest new games. Even my 5900XT have to set at lower quality/resolution in order to play new games.

I'm very less into gaming. Mostly use for movie purpose. As long as my onboard can stand for DVD playback for 1680 x 1050 @ 60Hz smoothly then ok already. HD wise I have to get a PCI-E graphic card for sure. Maybe ATI HD2400 or nVidia 8400.
