I was using Stuck pixel program to fix it, it just wont work out.
Izzit Red Pixel = Stuck Pixel & Black = Dead Pixel ?

Call to Dell just now, they said u only got exchnge with at least 7 dead pixels. ohmy.gif

Yes, dead pixel wise, dell have a policy of exchanging 1 to 1 only for 7 dead pixel and above. Maybe you could as them to RMA?

View your screen on a solid white color background. If you see small black dot pixel, it is DEAD pixel. Stuck pixel (Red, Green or Blue color pixel) may gone after a while or they will stay there forever.

My E228WFP also got some dead pixels problem, but not as much as 7 dead pixels. I was lucky enough to get my LCD replacement for dead-pixels claim.

Call to Dell again & asking for exchnge due to stuck pixel problem,
they said no, then i had no choice but to ask for refund. biggrin.gif ,
& i had to pay 80bucks for pick up charges sad.gif .
