Ok, I might be moving into Widescreen LCDs to replace my aging 2x17" CRTs...

Looking at the Dell 20"..... Has anybody have any troubles with Dual Screen Widescreens?

And I prefer Dual Monitors because I'm a multi-task freak and love to have multi windows on either monitors, or maybe gaming in one, while cheat codes on the other

We have a 22" monitor in our office...... I find it's slightly too big for a dual monitor setup..... a little small for a single monitor setup....

That's why going with 20"s....

And yes..... Long time reader, first time poster.

Does the Dell E228WFP Widescreen support 1:1 Ratio? Can't find any info for that.

Oh, and Vista sucks for Dual-Screen....... have to use a 3rd party app to get back the Dual-View functionality like the XP nVidia Drivers.......

I dunno about UltraMon....... but last time in XP, they gave alot more options in the nView panel........

Alot of options in the Vista version of the nVidia drivers are missing compared to the XP one...... No different backgrounds on each monitor, no one button switch to other screen, no maximize to full screen option....... lots of stuff that I loved about the nVidia drivers.

I just upgraded to Vista 2 days ago, so still learning..... I also just installed UltraMon to have my different backgrounds, but don't use it for anything else....... will have to delve deeper in the menus and I'll get back to ya on that.

Or imagine idiots like me who are getting 2 22"

Does anybody know if the SP2008WFP supports HDCP? Might be getting 2 of them.

Urgh.... seeing the price of that, I think I'm switching to 2 20" Samsung 206BW. Heard good things about that....... AND it looks kinda cool.

Don't forget, I'm getting 2 of these to run side by side..... Would get the 22" Dell, but I think my eyes would melt down first
