yes ,Nvidia support it. LG L226WTQ support 1 to 1 pixel scaling.help this will help you.

I think you have to download the latest Forceware driver to use the 1 to 1 pixel scaling.

In Display menu of the Nvidia choose "change flat panel scaling", if u can see some option , means u can use it.

LG monitor has some serious backlight bleeding, very annoying when watch movies and playing games.
