Hi guys. I’ve just started my keto diet for a few weeks, and I’m in a big dilemma. I still have a just-opened ON GS whey, any expert in keto-diet here that can explain to me? Am I allowed to take whey protein when I’m in keto-diet? Coz many are saying that large amount of protein consumption can cause insulin-spike. But there’s an article online that says it doesn’t matter, and it will not take me out of ketosis??
