Ketosis doesn't matter. It's a side effect. Are you chasing ketosis or are you chasing fat loss? At the end of the day calories matter. Ketosis just ensures you have a better appetite suppression and adherence to diet but you still need to be at a deficit. So as long as the protein is within your calorie range take it.
