IMac Update Stuck

Guys,
I seldom turn off my iMac or update. Probably 3-4 months only turn off and update. The issue is my iMac is updating but stuck at apple logo with progress bar forever. I leave it for more than 15 hours but still the same. I did restart before but still the same. What should I do? Attached thumbnail(s)
