You have to do it the long way.1. Switch your Postpaid to Hotlink Prepaid.
2. Stay with Hotlink Prepaid for at least one month.
3. After one month, go and switch your Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Flex.
I asked Maxis Center in Sunway Pyramid.
The other option is to Port out to other telcos.
This option is more inconvenient and TAC from your bank might not work.
