Hi Maxis,
I recently subscribe to Hotlink Prepaid and would like to change to Hotlink Postpaid Flex. I was given different information and want to get clarification on the time length I needed to wait before I could change. The Maxis Centre @ The Gardens (Mid Valley) have told me that I needed to wait 6 months before they would allow me to change from Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Postpaid Flex. I was informed earlier from another source that I only needed to wait 1 month which I inform the staff but they insist that the policy is 6 months. I have gotten further feedback from your Maxis Twitter Hotlink that I only need to wait 1 month. So now I wondering if each Maxis Centre is allowed to have their own policy on this matter as I'm worried that if I were to go to another Maxis Centre, they could instead tell me that they could have a 3 month policy or 9 month policy for changing to Hotlink Postpaid Flex since The Gardens Maxis Centre is allowed to have their own policy about this. Thank you. |

https://www.lowyat.net/2018/174498/hotlink-...s-60-rm1-phone/
The New Hotlink Postpaid Flex Plus 60 Plan Offers Vivo Phones For As Low As RM 1 Hotlink has introduced a new plan under its Postpaid Flex family called the Flex Plus 60. Prior to this, there were already two Hotlink Postpaid Flex plans in the market including the Flex 40 and Flex 30. Priced at RM 60 per month, customers would receive 10GB of Internet alongside unlimited calls and SMSes which were standard features for Hotlink Postpaid Flex plans. Additionally, they also can choose to add Unlimited Social, Unlimited Music, and Unlimited Chat packs into their plan for an additional fee. Aside from the bigger data quota, another major factor that separates it from the previous Postpaid Flex plans is the fact that it is the only Postpaid Flex plan that offers phones. While there are only two models available with the plan, the price could be quite attractive to some customers out there. For example, the vivo Y85 which currently priced at RM 899 is being offered through the plan for just RM 199. On another hand, there’s also the vivo Y81i which is being sold for RM 499 at the moment can be obtained alongside the Postpaid Flex Plus 60 plan for additional RM 1. However, do note that these phones come with 24 months contract. To learn more, check out Hotlink’s official website or visit the nearest Maxis Store. QUOTE(GamaX320 @ Dec 11 2018, 01:59 PM) please allow existing maxis postpaid user switch to this hotlink flex plan, i went to maxis centre they not allow me to switch. You have to do it the long way.1. Switch your Postpaid to Hotlink Prepaid. 2. Stay with Hotlink Prepaid for at least one month. 3. After one month, go and switch your Hotlink Prepaid to Hotlink Flex. I asked Maxis Center in Sunway Pyramid. The other option is to Port out to other telcos. This option is more inconvenient and TAC from your bank might not work. |
