Just my 2cents.
- Before you step into the gym, consider this question, What are your fitness goals? Once you have figured that out, center your workouts based on that goal be it in clothing, gear, drink, etc.
- As for your surroundings, put on a good earphone/headset and go about your workout. When you are focus, you tend to ignore whats around you.
- So focus, get in, workout, get out of the gym.
