 How do you start your workouts in gyms?

I always start with strength training then end with cardio exercise.

If I do cardio first, then I will feel exhausted during the strength training.

Normally my friend/buddy will be the spotter. Then I will be spotter for my friend/buddy. We exchange role after each others workout session.
