I had the similar problem before and posted here. Someone recommended Mak Women Clinic at Kuchai Lama to me. I didn't go in the end because it's too far, but maybe you can try.

My gynae told me if bleeding non stop or have too much bleeding during period, it's a bigger issue. If it's too little bleeding, then it's not that worrisome. Just quoting her. Still, it's best to consult a gynae to be safe.
