June 7, Thursday night, my home fibre went offline all of a sudden
June 8, Called customer service, was requested to restart modem, cant fix. Suspect cable problem, promised to update in 48 hours
June 10, 48 hours has passed, no update. Have to called them myself, offered an appointment at Wednesday, June 13. Accepted the appointment.
June 13, TM technician first came to check around, as Maxis is using TM line. The 2 TM technician confirmed it was cable issue, but refused to fix as it is "too dangerous" (2nd floor of terraced which my 60y.o. father can climb up). Few hours later, Maxis technician came, also refused to fix it, pushing the responsibility to TM. Maxis technician then promised to update as soon as possible
June 14, receive no update hence has to call them again. Same excuse, pushing it to TM, have to wait TM to reply
June 19, Today, almost 2 weeks without internet. Receive message saying problem has been fixed. Damn Maxis can magically fix my cable problem without coming to my house. Restart modem, still no internet. Call them again, "idk here written problem fixed"
2 bloody weeks but problem is still not fixed. Taichi the problem with TM, didnt fix but claim as fixed. Me and my family have to keep on reloading mobile data again and again, bill still have to pay maxis bill. This thread is not to ask Maxis to fix the issue, as these useless bunch cant do shit, but to serve as a caution to anyone thinking of porting to Maxis.
