As per title.. which one to go ? Pioneer AVH-Z5150BT or Kenwood DDX9017S.
Kenwood (2.1k) is slightly expensive than the Pioneer's (1.8k)
any ICE shifus using these 2 models ? mind to share their experience with these 2 brands?
I'll be connecting my smartphone to apple carplay all the time, so sound quality & responsive / smoothness of touchscreen is a must to me.

thanks for the info bro, but the reviews are all about US headunit.. Malaysia dont have it.. even the model part numbers are different

Just to get general idea. My car came with Kenwood and I never had Pioneer.

From what I see in spec, the Kenwood is using capacitive touch screen like your smartphone. Pioneer is still using resistive touch screen where you normally need to slightly press and slide to. I guess this is one of the reason it is cheaper. However, sometimes I think the Kenwood is too sensitive.

what do u get from they both? i mean, in term of spec?
look for what u want from the HU..not only because of thier price..
