go for noctua D15 as many people recommended it.. between air vs aio coolers, well i'd go for air as in my case, i do a little oc'ing while love to maintain a steady temp with my cpu. currently using H7 quad-lumi, cheap & efficient..very satisfied with the performance so far, near-silent noise level when full load..temp very² nice, at 58-62C when full load..

agree with u bro, i'm more concern towards long run and reliability issue, after 1 or 2 years for air coolers just take it out and wash the dust away. will get the noctua D15S for more better clearance height instead of D15 cause my casing seems very risky touching the side panel maybe couldn't close.
Anyway saw lowyat have selling "be quiet dark rock 3" air cooler, seems like not bad too, will google about it more first only decide smile.gif

yes, if it fits your budget, noctua will not disappoint.. thumbsup.gif

dark rock pro 3 is also one of the good performer for air coolers out there..but i personally chose H7 quad lumi cos it's simple to install & have RGB lightings, price wise it fits my budget as well biggrin.gif
