Guys, after 2 years me moms z610i finally having probs, she keep asking me why the phone shutting down on itself. i tot it was due to dirty batt contacts but the prob still occur after i cotton swab'ed em.

n reading from here ithink its pretty common for z610i eh? any solutions?

the physical of this phone is still too great looking to trade in for something else, plus no software prob or lag what soever. n i just saw one for sale for rm799

but as i stated, no prob with the software , its run same as i tested as i bought it for me mom 2 years ago.. amazing stuff.

maybe hardware related?

anyhoo, i try upgrading the firmware, never done that since bought it
