I plan to furher my phd in accounting at UK in September 2020. I know it is too early but I want to make myself fully prepared before i start my phd. Here is the details of my plan:
Current position: Lecturer&Consultant in Public University
Age:28

Im still single(need to know how much allowance for cost of living) and my preferred uni that I’ve list down;
1. LSE
2. London School of Economics and Political Science
3. Manchester Uni
4. Durham Uni
5. Oxford Saaid Business School
6. Lancaster Uni
7. Uni of Kent
My Master CGPA is 3.88/4.00 and soon to expired IELTS score of 8.5.

City University in London is very good for financial studies, especially as they are very closely linked to the City of London. Try and have a look there. Not sure if the Chevening Scholarship stretches to a Phd but have a look at that if you are aiming for the UK. You can also look at the Fullbright scholarship if you would like to try for the Ivy League universities or its ilk in the USA.
