Go for a b360 motherboard instead as the h370 isn't much difference unless you require the extra features like the PCI lanes.

Get an Asrock b360 Pro4 for its VRM setup. There is an MATX version which goes for 30 ringgit less but has almost identical features.

Since it's an intel system, you can use whichever cheaper ram but try to get something up to 2666hz and lower cl.

Like Kirstal said, you should go for another higher grade power supply. An option would be Leadex 2 Gold or Silver. You should be good at 550 watts as well but use a calculator to check the wattage required and try to get the power supply that uses that wattage at 60-70% rough percentage is usage.

Thank you. Should I be concerned about pci lanes? Might add gtx1170 in the future.
Leadex is better? Will check it out thanks

Not unless you buy 3 graphics cards, there would be no bottleneck. Even so, the motherboard doesn't support dual Nvidia GPU; only the Z390 do.

The processor gives about 16 lanes that would be used for the graphic card so unless the GTX1170 changes standard for no reason, you are good. A h370 board is good if you plan to use a lot of other devices such as sound cards, raid controllers, and a lot of m.2 nvme SSD.

Leadex is a good option because it gives good value for the price and the components controls electrical well. From reviews, the TX650 is good too but the price is more expensive than the Leadex.
