Does Maxis Pass work on PC?

RM1/game seems ok for those not on TV1 or just for convenience/better quality. I'm not watching all games also...probably just 20-30. So this is a good deal. But...is it available for PC or only via the Android/iOS Astro on the go app?
Can somebody please clarify? Thanks! |
