I bought a Dell Precision M4800 from an eBay seller but he sent me a wrong model, so I have filed a dispute in PayPal.
After escalating the dispute to claim because the partial refund from the seller is not reasonable which is just $50, PayPal reviewed the case and asked me to send the item back for full refund.

This is my first time so I want to ask, do anyone have any idea of the procedures in exporting a laptop overseas and what is the estimate price? If anyone do know please kindly tell me, thanks.
