I'm from 84.
Sold 1 in PJ during the boom. Current own stay 1.6M PJ condo. Investment 250k Balakong, 450k Cyberjaya 60% debt/current value. Investment funds from own & wife hardwork. My schoolmates, most if not all already have 1house at least. Half of them has another investment home. Not sure bout other 80s, but around me, most are already well to do and if they are not invested in properties, already have lots of other investment |
