Will you..

1. buy a landed house, far away (Seremban) which need at least 60 km travelling distance, which is around 1 hour provided no jam. You have to consider the petrol, toll and most importantly is your energy.

2. buy a condo, in Klang Valley, travelling time is 1/2 hour per trip. No need to pay toll, no need to pay much petrol price, when reach home can go to workout somemore. But the condo is expensive than the landed house mentioned, also have to pay monthly maintenance fee.

I am thinking between these 2.

Option 2 - time is more important to me at my age and KV property appreciates faster anyway.

1. Landed house, you can consider Nilai, 20km nearer to Klang Valley, I stay in Nilai also 60 km traveling distance already. Seremban at least 80 km traveling distance.

2. Condo/Service apartment, buy near to your company but what if you change job?

Of course condo. Life is more than just traveling to and fro work , and condo in KL is a better long term investment. Provided u don't get a shit condo or overpaid.

yes,in kl. government is spending more in kl, better public transport in kl. some people think that development would shift down south, i dun think so. still no other can match kl within the radar. so short term or long term prospect, it is still where the hapenning, developments, jobs, investment will be.

Also provided you leave office on time instead of working late which time spent in office instead on road.

In my field, most of the job is in KV. Even if want to change job, still within KV. Unless most of the companies shift down south, which is quite impossible.

1. buy a landed house, far away ..
2. buy a condo, in Klang Valley...
option 3 : buy new 2 storey house below 800k which much nearer than Seremban, eg: Elmina / Setia Alam / Alam Impian / BSP / Kota warisan / Sg Buluh / etc

option 4 : buy old single storey house below 500k in Klang Valley, save up 300k cash and convert it to 2 storey new house

Option 2 - after awhile you will appreciate a short travelling time to/back from work.

Can you imagine your colleagues or friend ls ask u to hang out after work.

Option 3 is out for me. Out of my budget range. Even if I ask for family help for down payment.

Option 4 I considered before. 2 storey house 500k. But need to consider lawyer fee, renovation cost and everything. Add up not cheap too. Some more family don't like second hand house

i always think of this too, hard choice to make. but if u are stil young, dont think need to live big landed, hard to maintain also, clean and stuffs. condo more suitable.
and also if u jam or travel 2 hours+ per day, u will end up wasting 2 days per month lol. i think live in kv is better since ur circle of friends and family are around here, if u live so far, will maybe feel leftout also, unless u love to be solo.

Actually I despise to drive long hour after work. Is mentally tired.

If colleague ask for hang out, then reach home around midnight.

I believe most of the people who work in KV also will come across this question.
