To all ICE enthusiasts out there, is it worthwhile to spend more to get the thicker gauge wires? does it make any difference?

Well it depends on your amp rating and cable length.
In general, a 4AWG cable should be more than enough for SQ purpose.

yeapz... totally agree... the thickness of it tells u how efficient it is..

i blif the power deliver would b more efficient than the 8 gauge... y do u sound that the 4 gauge cables r expensive? r u setting up the amps @ the back of ur car?

btw.. if u wanna cut ur cost, try got pudu there and look for the cables... it will definately cost lesser than in accessories shopz..

but u will never get the real 4guage cable in there...

hehe.. not sure how u measure a real n a fake 4 gauge, but it do looks good for me.. no doubt tat some selling "lao pe" 4 gauge cable.. cz the jacket looks super thin 2 me... it took me sometime to find 1... it was located in somewhere inner of pudu
