This Fire Emblem is a bit different from the usual. Class mastery takes a while compared to previous series. Do you guys master each class tier first, like beginners, intermediate and only then master and above? Or do you just straight jump to the higher tier?
Previous series seems to give better stats to characters if you master and rank them slowly instead of rushing, this one doesn't feel the same? Or i'm just wrong there. Looks very flexible since you can just skip class, change any class whenever and not lose any progress.
I didn't bother with beginner and intermediate, because you level past them so fast
I aim for advanced and master class,
You can farm skill proficiency in battle, especially the levels that don't take up an action point
I equip the character with like 4 training weapons and let the enemies hit him/her and only counterattack
My one biggest word of advice:
Never skip or rest at all because there's always something to do
Found out something (Spoilers)

There's 4 deity statues to max out - you can only max 1 - 2 in one playthrough
My main character is now a Wyvern Rider, getting to Wyvern Lord soon
