Article entitled "Tamadam a takeover target?"
We refer to the query letter dated 14 May 2007 from Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad on the above captioned article appearing in the New Straits Times,
Business Times, page 38, on Saturday, 12 May 2007, in particular on the
following caption :-

"Tamadam Bonded Warehouse Berhad .......could be taken over by a group linked
to MAS Catering Sdn Bhd" "Tamadam will issue new shares at 85 sen a share......."

as well as our reply to the said query which was announced yesterday, 16 May
2007.

Further to that announcement, we wish to clarify that pursuant to the Proposed
Acquisitions (as defined in the Company's announcement dated 11 May 2007) and
based on the principal terms of the memorandum of understandings pertaining to
the Proposed Acquisitions, there will be an introduction of a new controlling
shareholder in Tamadam, namely the vendor of Brahim's-LSG Sky Chefs Holdings
Sdn Bhd, Brahim's International Franchises Sdn Bhd, upon completion of the
Proposed Acquisitions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the details of the eventual shareholding
structure in Tamadam will be announced via the detailed announcement on the
Proposed Acquisitions, to be made upon execution of the relevant agreements for

the Proposed Acquisitions.

This announcement is dated 17 May 2007.
