I've seen a lot of spaghetti factory and asked around reddit, doesn't seems a lot are having this shutdown issue, doubt i'll have it either. But It depends I guess, is it running on 4k as well, what power supply and cpu and cooling are you using. Is your cpu and gpu overclocked as well, then this might be another reason why. It will run hot yes for spaghetti factory, but it doesn't go to a point of shutting down because of overheating issue or not enough voltage.

This is the only game that heats up my.... pc. Unreal engine at ultra settings will hundreds of moving parts... that will strain any system.
I know my PC has ventilation problems and I got rid of the gc overload by doing this in my build: 1. Separate the factories into sections; 2. wall them up; 3. put the conveyor belts supplying between the factories underground; 3. Reduce the graphics setting to high
No more booting
Have fun playing this game. I stopped a bit to wait for a few patches/contents. Lets hope the dev optimizes this game further
