Simcard slot: Yes 4g, i think its also 5g ready.

Mine does not come with rear camera. I initially use back my original camera but after close to a month I cannot tahan so I replace it with a 360 hd camera running on 720p ahd signal. I doubt you can get such prices with rear camera come prebundle unless you purchase older ts9 or px6 at the same price pretty sure can they can throw in the reverse camera but don’t know which version or quality. The one I have usually sold around 2k above so that 500 savings can get you a front and rear camera with ease. I believe it’s called edog?

usually its tough, but you can go thought settings in your android player and try to push for higher resolution signal. if its able to supply the feed without flicker then its ok.


That's kinda old stock. I had to say this but you've been ripped. Even nowadays the cheapest player you can get comes preloaded with android 8.1 . Maybe you can try ask the seller whether there are rom update files available. or see if the system update function is available for this player. If you can get a much better player, try to dispose this one first. even the cheapest 7862 player now can be purchase below 1k. PX6 would be even cheaper by now.

I'm upgrading my player again probably this week to try out the new 7862 with build in 360 camera. Kinda sayang on my current 360 camera. its quite good and super clear in near pitch back environment.

Plus it comes with park recorder.

I'm on 7862 6gb + 128gb w/ 360. going to upgrade to the new 8gb model with full hd 360 camera. problem now is my car in bengkel still fixing the engine.

yes and no. yes between generic android players, they have multiple protocol signal where they can change. but for stock car headunit no. Even if you can get a better camera fitted and run, there's no significant improvement in the resolution. its capped by the ISP, hardware and Software in the stock head unit.

yes but the quality of video will be very bad. its just like watching a vhs video on a 4k tv

most AHD cameras can output max 720p. there are some capable of pushing 1080p but then receiving unit must be able to receive this highbandwith. anyhow you don't need super sharp and clear reverse camera. you need those with wider angle and capable of projecting image in low light without the IR led's support. IR LED reverse cam will blind the camera due to low quality wide lens diffracting the light source into the camera sensor

Plagues most 2k players. They can optimize their own apps to work well on 2k screens but not on other apps. the work around is either you edit the config file to lower the screen resolution manually, or enter developer options to lower the width dimension. other noteable options if i can recall clearly are 3rd party apps which can optimize all apps to enlarge the screens. but then again it requires rooting. TBH after a while you will get used to small icons. My personal opinion? i would choose a nicer screen over a small buttons, because at longer drive, the sharper screens are gentle to eyes without much focus issue.
