Hi,

I own a MBP13 2017. I need to to travel to Europe for 2 weeks.
Can I use this as an adapter for my MBP and iPhone?

Or is it better to spend more money on the genuine Apple adapter at a cost of RM95?

We will have 6 Apple devices with us in total consisting of iPhones, MBPs, iPads, 2 Macs, 4 iPhones and a few other non Apple phones. It will be extremely costly to but so many of the Apple adapter which can only be used for 1 wall socket for only 1 device as opposed to the normal adapters which comes with USB ports as well where I can charge phones at the same time.

My concern with the normal adapters are whether it will damage my MBP due to the voltage difference.
My concern with the Apple adapter is that there might not be enough wall sockets to charge multiple devices and it is costly of course.

Many thanks in advance

the first and second one would work just fine smile.gif the MBP will charge on any AC power source, it's universal (100~240VAC,50~60Hz).

or you could buy a normal travel adapter and bring a UK/MY power strip (voltage difference won't affect the 6 devices that you mentioned)
