My son paediatrician said that if can, try to feed homemade puree/food rather than buy those ready made even tho its branded like heinz because of the sugar contents and most important the freshness of it. He taught me to do those chicken/vege/meat stock that can be easily use for porridge.

Just get some raw chicken breast, wash, clean it and then boil it with water, at first use big fire to boil the water and then use small fire to maintain the heat and keep boiling for 30 mins or more, just make sure the water not dry up as u need the water later on to do the stock. Let it cool down and then just pour the water into the ice cube tray and froze it. So whenever u need to make porridge for your baby, just take out one cube can mix with the porridge. You can actually google on it.. Lots of stock you can make.
