Hey guys, I am planning to leave my company soon, and in my offer letter, i am given a 13 months salary throughout a year, payout is every 15 December as per employment period.
Question: if i am leaving today 10 June 2018, after serving 2 months notice, according to the clause below, am i entitled for pro rated 13month contractual bonus? Attached thumbnail(s)
