Ok, I am going to UK to study, since you cannot beat the AP system anyway to take advantage of it?
In UK there are lots of pre-registered cars there-where the dealer registers the cars using their own name to boost sales performance. Pre-registered cars are then sold to you but its considered 2nd hand. And almost all the time the cars are brand new. So 2nd hand lebih murah? So can bypass the 9mth rule? BTW, if you buy the car, ship it, make sure don't put anything in the car, they will throw it away. Only manual can put in the car, the rest cannot, so don't think this is one cheap way of shipping some of your stuff back cause customs will just throw it away. Cushions/ornaments also cannot put. Well on value I think it depends on person. Bring in Euro Accord Type-R or something not sold here than thats rare, but still can be servicable by authorized workshops. |

I thought to "gain" on importing it has to be used luxury cars as they are cheaper there than they are here, even the cost of bringing one back is cheaper than a used model here.
