Hi neighbour, I'm lower Type A unit intermediate.
Just collected my key last week and yet to do defect checking due no water supply yet.
Can see some dry water stain mark on downstair bathroom and upper floor 2nd bedroom bathroom ceiling.
Others not really go through yet as waiting for water supply to come in (being informed this week should have water already)

So far didn't notice any major defect.

Water meter had been installed yday

Had done my defect reports with total about 9 reports last Saturday (22 July).
All submitted through the IOI apps.
Will need to check again this weekend for the progress.

I had requested to join the group in Facebook and waiting for admins approval.

Beside submitting deposit of renovation to developer, any other authority permit required for your renovation ?
