Hotlink FREE Basic Internet Data Is Limited?

A quick one. I thought that Hotlink's Free Basic Internet data is unlimited? Just got this message from Hotlink below.

Yes, fortunately. I thought there won't be anymore data and I won't be able to use the internet anymore when they sent the notification about the the FREE Basic Internet being all used up. However, I can still stay connected albeit at a much reduced internet speed. Better than none.
