notice there's no more topless scenes, no more six packs liaw
btw, that's the head flying off lar... he's using a knife, not punching... and the scenes shooting the driver using the machine gun at close range... Well... you may complain it's too violent and gory... but I'll say it's realistic, and that's how real combat are suppose to be. unlike Rambo 3 last scenes, tank vs helicopter... I really LOL on that |

Now I don't believe my eyes... because when u swing the blade from right to left, the head fly to the left or remain there? btw, that's the head flying off lar... he's using a knife, not punching... and the scenes shooting the driver using the machine gun at close range... i'm all for gratuitous violence but this one really looks senseless
At least i can still laugh watching the trilogys' memorable scenes.. (rambo in mud camo, rambo bowbomb villain to bits, rambo blow gunpowder in guts, tank vs chopper When they want to make all the franchise gritty and realistic, it's only gonna alienate the ppl who enjoyed the movies in the first place. Betul tak? |

Read all about it here and watch it again in better quality. |

I grew up watching Rambo trilogy, and I think I'll like his latest flick.
well.., if they revert back to the old school Rambo like tank vs chopper, at this age of realistic CGI how many you think will actually go to cinema and watch? imagine if they didn't show Rambo trilogy back then, but show it now, it gonna be a disaster... maybe Rambo 1 will get a much better reception as it has more depth compared to other 2 I think Rambo 4 is targeted for more matured audience, and not really intended younger audience. |

U can do old school action movie with much more realistic special fx. Take The Island and soon to show Die Hard. The action is top notch (i can't vouch for Die Hard since I've only seen the trailers)...but it must be consistent with some nice storyline.
Rambo could be in a Metal Gear kind of setting |

Noticed that they clearly made known to public through this that there will be no rape scene.
I find that hard to believe if its in real life - the first hour got caught itself sure gone case ledi |

oh no... is the end of the world coming????
first its Rocky & now Rambo. The trailer is el cheapo. those shot with people running around jungle chasing Rambo belong to the 80's... and should stay there for nostalgic reason. the only reason to see this is to watch body part got chopped or blown apart. what a sad case for a movie. |
