May i know when PPP will be open for tender?

I want to online tender PPP car plate, first timer, anyone know what are the procedures or processes?
and what should i do if i successfully get the car plate？

do i need to go to jpj to register or submit any document to bid car plate online? or just register an account on jpjebid is enough to bid?

Let say i have bidded a normal number with minimum bid, 300 + 10, how do i know whether i am overbid by other people?
if the number is overbid by someone else, how do i top up the amount?

i follow JPJ Pulau Pinang on Facebook for updates about when new series will be open for tender on ebid.
PPN was open for tender on ebid from 15 oct to 19 oct

i dont think u can see other bidder's amount, it says ur bid is lower because someone has bid this number with amount higher than the amount u try to bid.
but if u managed to bid it then someone overbid u, then u can see ur rank.

not sure, but after placing bid can see only ur own ranking, example in screenshot.
so my rank is 7, if not mistaken, it means there are 6 people placed higher bid than me after i placed my bid.

I managed to bid a number with rm300, then not long later someone overbid me. So i think if u are the first person to bid the number then u can actually place rm300 bid.

When will we be able to know the results of PPP? The server still very unstable now, goes up and down

Is PPP results released? i cant see it on my jpjebid account, i didnt receive any email also

Apparently the results alrdy released, the results can be seen at JPJ, but somehow cannot be seen in JPJeBid and the email is still not send to me. :/

when PPP open on mysikap, i actually tried to get a number, and it keep popping out new windows when i want to make payment,

so that time i found out that,

in order to make mysikap function 'well', MUST USE INTERNET EXPLORER

the website cacat if browsing with Chrome / Safari / any newer web browser.

i hope they upgrade the web app and capacity to handle the crowd.
