Is the only way to get MySikap login is to actually go to JPJ and get the reference number?

I wanna get a number Vxx 3639 is it a special number? I was told by SA that I need to personally go down to WangsaMaju to go get the number myself. 🤦‍♂️

So... if I go to ANY customer service center I can get a mySikap account. Then I can check and buy the number plate myself correct?

I also 🤦‍♂️ - Since already have to go to JPJ - maybe might as well go WangsaMaju JPJ and buy it there and then?

Told the SA - kasi kao kao. Turns out the SA Missed the number. Give 3939 which is special number.

But end up - kena charge Kao kao too.

RM310 - plate and JPJ fees
RM50 - runner fee (discounted)
RM50 - JPJ ahem

I am OK w the runner fee esp since discounted else I go myself. The one I Not OK w is the ahem fee. Kena repot En. loke ni...!

@mcchin - wanna ask, MySikap itself can buy the plate right? Meaning - ppl like u who has the account can actually purchase on behalf right (act like runner). Do u know what else needed to do after purchase from MySikap?

To be clear. 3939 was the “special or reserved number” that was incorrectly given by the SA and not what I wanted.

Looks like somehow I kena Kon. Suspect the runner possibly just cakap ahem $. End up he telan possibly.
