I'm interested in a number that has passed... For instance now JUN but I want JUL. There are a few seller on fb selling them. This is the process they informed me

"For rm1800, you can place an order and submit it to wait for JPJ approval. For more than a week, you can see if you can get it. If you don’t get it, you will get a refund. There will be no other charges."

Does anyone know the process if can be done ourselves.... Or these runners are reliable?
