On my iPad, the drag and drop feature had been freezing my screen for like more than a year now. Finally iOS 12, it fixes it.

Anyone experienced this before?
I got an email notification on my lock screen. Cleared it but it keeps reappearing on my lock screen. This is like 2 days old email notification. Only this email is persistent.
