So here's what I like so far...
- Group FaceTime - Third Party Nav support on CarPlay - Screen time (wife complains I spend too much time with my phone and she's right, haha) I also can't wait to see how older devices (like my mum's iPhone 5S and my son's iPad Mini 2) get quicker with iOS 12 as claimed. |

QUOTE(streamline @ Jun 5 2018, 11:46 PM) Would be cool to have it for iOS especially those amoled device right? + power saving feature Group notifications is cool too, yeah. For me Animoji and Memoji isn't really a big draw On iOS 12, i like the do not disturb, and notification too. And the memoji looks nice at least not creepy. and watchOS is like a poison to me getting one loL. QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Jun 6 2018, 11:34 AM) so far so good for me. quite impressive for a dev beta. feels like an actual release of iOS. as far as i know there are no lags, no bug i have encounter and the batt life is decent. Which iPhone running iOS 12 bro?will continue to monitor it for now This post has been edited by attw: Jun 6 2018, 01:52 PM |

QUOTE(nas @ Jun 10 2018, 09:58 AM) It’s been a positive experience so far in terms of speed and stability. Disappointed no dark mode but temporarily using smart invert to get the dark mode even though not actual system dark mode. I guess Apple got it right this time, focus on reliability and stability, and not features. |

QUOTE(ryan18 @ Jun 19 2018, 08:21 PM) How about support for local apps like grab, boost, fave etc Most feedback and reviews I read so far says the 12 beta is one of the more stable ones, but if you’re worried about it and the phone is your primary device, maybe don’t go ahead with it Do they work with iOS12.getting ready to upgrade to iOS12 when public beta is released but scared that a lot of apps won’t be supported/crash |

QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Jun 20 2018, 03:44 PM) That's pretty fast. Since there's not much new features and the beta is quite stable, it'd be good to get iOS 12 earlier, but I'm sure Apple will traditionally wait till September. |

QUOTE(buyoq @ Jun 23 2018, 12:51 AM) Never got any kind of crash on my 7 Plus iOS12b2. Idk if its just a placebo but my phone is snappier. Really fast compared to iOS11 That’s pretty good for a beta release!Battery wise, more or less the same as 11.4. Morning 6am 100%,evening around 6 left 40%. LTE always on and heavy whatsapp, surfing |

QUOTE(MichaelJohn @ Jun 26 2018, 04:47 PM) iOS 12 Public Beta is out now! Have you installed the beta, bro? How are the new features? Group FaceTime for example, or the new notifications?https://www.theverge.com/2018/6/25/17500504...gs-iphone-apple Do note that if you want to update to the public beta, make sure you have back up all your data. Recommended to use update if you have a spare apple device. |
