You can paint over and the tile with epoxy or acrylic paint. Depending on the paint and painter, can really add lots of stylish points to the bathroom.

While we're at it, I have this wet/damp/leaking/water seepage wall issue that makes peeling of paint/paint becomes flaky. Tried fix the problem(over the years) which we believe because of the poor roof drainage of the neighbour when they renovate the house(semi-D). For now, looking for temporary measure. Is wallpaper suitable for this? What kind if it is? Advise please.

if you apply wallpaper on leaking wall, the problem still remain the same, over time the water will damage the wallpaper like damage the wall as same theory
if that is not ur house, avoid dont fix if is your house, ask contractor quote a price for fix that leaking issue. They might need crack the wall to find out where the leaking come from.

I think it's suitable only for bathroom (or part of bathroom) that are constantly dry. Most westerners keep their bathroom very dry, they vacuum and mop the floor, instead of like most of us, wash and scrub.
