Where is it stated in your T&C's that accessories purchase is mandatory with device contract?


I was so cheesed off with your staff in Sunway Velocity that insisted accessories MUST be purchased with device contracts. He even dared to kid that there is a 20% off the price!!! In the first place I DONT WANT THE ACCESSORIES!

Apparently if I dont want the FORCED accessories purchase, he will have to seek HQ approval and that meant another trip to your centres and the next business day at the earliest. Why do such things and make me wait.

This is really an unethical practice, maybe I should just move to another operator without these unscrupulous practices.
