does anyone facing this problem now ?
it's been a few days, and unifi technician just reset my port, yet the problem still there.

if you guys ever got this problem, how long does it take to fix this ?

update : end up discovered windows update ruined my ethernet setting.
revert back to previous windows, speed become normal.

It should be upload speed. Your download speed looks normal.

What router are you using? Have you try changing the RJ45 cable? Wireless or wired connection? Anyone unauthorized using your network? Check and see if any devices in your house is using the upload bandwidth.

Have you checked the settings in your router? Did anyone touch the QOS?
