Your service provider might have locked your account to a specific IP or IP range... let's say you use "TomYumNe"t in BKK ... so your IPTV-provider locks your account with ip range 104.42.132.0 - 104.42.132.255 (all made up by me of course) Or maybe even locks it to a specific Ip adress if you have fixed IP.

While in Malaysia you connect with BolehNet with a totally different IP-range.

I would do this if i sold IPTV sevices to prevent people from reselling their accounts
