Back Pain problem

I have prolonged back pain problem. Sometimes worse, sometimes not so bad. Recently quite bad, maybe due to strain the back recently while lifting things. On and off seen some traditional chinese doctor, but doesn't seems very effective.
I heard some treatment with infra red will be good?
Anyone can recommend some doctors or chiropractor or something?

Find out the cause. Don’t think that it is something natural.
Lift with the legs. Not the back. Posture matters.

I used to have back pain and I get rid of it by actually finding the source of the problem then fixing it from there.
I used to have pelvic tilt which put by back in over extended position and it become worse when I started to lift weight in gym without fixing that problem first.
I would highly recommend you to go see some professional. In my case, I fix it by correcting my pelvic tilt and add some strengthening exercise to my routine.

I think my case not so severe. I have seen a Chinese med doctor last week, now a bit better after taking medicine for 5 days. But back still sore, if pressed at various points, but maybe not as bad as before. Last week, when sleeping, turn also have to be careful, now turning better.

pakar tulang ungku mohsin, wife got scoliosis and went there for treatment monthly. for back pain myr40-60 only, forgot already.

everyday swim for 30min and you will see improvement..

Hi, I also suffer back pain , maybe like yours case. I been inform by the chiro therapist that my back bone something like the scoliosis.
I currently try the chiro, now less pain to no pain already, even driving not need pillow to cover my back.. I feel it kinda work.. Try and see..
