dun't worry, guys.. the developer of sc2 still targets the game for lower-end pc.. im not sure about the required RAM but im sure that ur graphic card must have minimum shader model 2.0 support (ati 9500 and above or nvidia 5xxx above)... and yes, the game does support dx10... i can predict that the game will be released during christmas holiday time.. i hope that will help u guys..

but sc2 is now in beta... all the units, the factions, all the gameplays by koreans pro in internet... all ready..(i think..) now they r primarily working on singleplayer campaign... (i hope ) now, let us keep our finger crossed that they wont charge us for battlenet service like the wow...

not really like DOW expansion.. starcraft 2 expension focus more on the storyline rather than DOW action oriented.. its juz like first DOW game campaign, where u play only as space marine until the latter expansion came out.. oh yeah, if they release terran only campaign, then how r the newbies gonna learn to use zerg and protoss?

It will possibly going to release this year. Activision-blizzard had stated some time ago that they are going to release a blizzard owned game evry year, startting with starcraft2 this year, follow by diablo 3 next year..

They are going to release beta version from time to time.. As for demo, why would they want to release a demo before the game release? They can even opted to release the demo few weeks AFTER the full game release just like what other current developers did.. So, just keep our finger crossed and hopefully it will be released on time for winter holidays..

Yeap, really concrete elaboration from him. good games are meant to last for years. So, I don't see any problems about delaying the game.
