And weird it may seems, the dark templars were actually taught to be able to use psionic storm, and according to the story so far, it's far more powerful and dangerous than the templars. Imagine invisible dark templars casting psionic And remember why the Protoss always said En Taro Adun ?? Well, the 2nd book revealed Adun's death, which is related to the origin and exile of the Dark Templar.

Indeed. No heroes please, except in campaigns. Even so, make them vulnerable like the ones in SC1.

If god-like heroes are present, expect Starcraft: DOTA very soon.

I dont exactly know what are they doing but they are trying to make it less cartoonish.A more serious look for SC2.It was in one of the Karune Q&As.
